Alvin Lee died today. He was the frontman of 10 Years After, who were one of the highlights of Woodstock (click for video) and named because the band started 10 years after Elvis. He died from "unforeseen complications" after routine surgery according to a family website. He was 68. 10 Years After had their biggest hit with "I'd Love To Change The World" (video). His final album "Still On The Road To Freedom" was released last year a reference to "On The Road To Freedom" an album with Mylon Laferve that featured George Harrison, Steve Winwood and Ronnie Wood.
